The Opportunity
Working closely with the Customer Success Manager, you will project manage the deployment of the Bitpool cloud platform from inception to completion. Leading a team Design Engineers, you will be ensuring the team are supported in providing outstanding service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Champion the customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support, setting new benchmarks for service excellence.
- Spearhead end-to-end project management of Bitpool’s cloud platform deployment from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and superior quality.
- Innovate deployment strategies and refine documentation, with a keen eye on scalability, reliability, and performance optimisation.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence, providing mentorship, fostering collaboration and encouraging innovation.
Your Experience
As Deployment Manager, you bring a wealth of experience in BMS Controls and HVAC systems alongside a track record in project management and leadership. You thrive in interdisciplinary environments, excelling at client and partner relationship management.
Tech Savvy?
You have a strong working knowledge of multiple opensource technology platforms plus traditional technology frameworks and protocols such as NodeRed, MQTT, BACnet, MODbus, OPC, SNMP, LON, LORAwan and rest API’ along with tools like Github, Jira and Confluence.
