As our Technology Risk Controls Analyst reporting to the Technology Risk Controls Manager, you will support the design and implementation of Technology Risk Controls for the Group, There will be focus on supporting the investigation when there has been a process breakdown to identify the root cause and potential process and control enhancements.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will work with the Line 1 business to build their Technology Risk and controls capability and play a pivotal role in the development and execution of programs that enhances our Group Controls department capability whilst meeting regulatory and governance requirements.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Elicit technical requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis to identify requirements and document process maps
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, work with the other properties to understand the processes to put forward recommendations to the business owners and the Controls team
- Dynamic environment requiring successful engagement in multiple initiatives/projects simultaneously
- Design and execute test scripts and test scenarios including coordination with business units who test, validate, evaluate new applications and functions and determine issues in services and software; and provide support to test team members
- Develop a strong working relationship with IT functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and assets remain protected within the functional areas and escalate where non-compliance exists
- Bachelor's degree in commerce or technology or accreditation in Business Analysis
- Ability to interpret data and information and provide key insights
- Extensive knowledge of a range of industry cyber security standards including NIST, Essential 8, ISO27000 and PCI DSS
- Significant demonstrated experience in business analysis activity
