Based in Jandakot, WA, and reporting to the Manager - Technology Platforms, you will oversee IT assets, software compliance and operations, ensuring high user satisfaction. You will also address service issues, manage vendors and maintain operational continuity.
About the role
- Efficiently manage IT assets through streamlined procurement and billing processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely availability.
- Ensure compliance and optimal performance by administering software vendor contracts, renewals, and licenses accurately and on schedule.
- Enhance operational integrity by coordinating and supporting thorough and successful software and internal audits.
- Foster high user satisfaction with IT services by effectively coordinating with stakeholders and managing expectations.
- Drive vendor performance and accountability by assisting in the management of service level agreements, critical performance indicators, and service reporting.
- Proactively address major incidents, change management, and service delivery issues by liaising with business stakeholders to ensure prompt and effective resolutions.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- ITIL qualifications in service management including the use of tools such as Service Now for CMDB
- Experience working with and coordinating major outsourcing vendor(s) activities
- Hands-on involvement in IT Change Management and CAB processes
- Solid understanding in IT Service Level Management processes
- Demonstrated experience in Asset management lifecycle
