HR Officer - the role of the HR Officer is to provide an effective and efficient HR resource service for the school. The HR Officer is responsible for securing and retaining quality staff, developing and maintaining employment related systems and processes, and delivering comprehensive human resource administrative support and advice to leadership and staff.
Policy Officer - the role of the Policy Officer is to oversee and manage the policies and procedures of the School. The Policy Officer will create, amend, maintain, present and review the school's policies and procedures, ensuring all areas of the school has oversight and safeguarded.
Formal tertiary qualifications are required.
This combined position is worked over 37.5 hours per week / 42-48 weeks per year.
