Key Accountabilities:
Lead the infrastructure support function to ensure service levels are achieved
Develop and maintain the GDN Technology Infrastructure Roadmap
Manage the Opex and Capex budget for operations and projects
Ensure the highest standards of service delivery, reliability and efficiency to achieve excellence in the customer experience
Promote a sense of purpose, clarify priorities and goals, and inspire others to achieve these
Apply rigor to the decision-making process by considering cost/benefit analysis, presenting and evaluating solution options, and seeking consensus among key team members and stakeholders
Contribute to the annual planning for the technology operating budget
Develop, track and control annual technology operating and capital budgets
Contribute to business planning, translating the strategy into actionable and measurable objectives and build a shared understanding of the link between these and business outcomes
Foster a culture that encourages, recognises and celebrates high performance at the individual and team level
Key Knowledge & Experience:
Highly developed customer service and stakeholder management skills
Vendor and contract management experience
Demonstrated experience in driving operational excellence and leading, managing, and inspiring diverse teams of technical and generalist staff.
Highly developed written and oral communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to prepare reports
Azure services administration, design and cost management experience
CloudOps and DevOps experience
M365 administration and management experience
