Established in 2010, Phillip Riley Group is the first recruitment firm focused exclusively on the Renewable Energy sector in Australia and New Zealand. Now with coverage across Australia, New Zealand, UK and Asia Pacific. We are now seeking experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants based in our Melbourne office with an interest in this inspiring industry at the forefront of the energy transition.

Our team recruits talent across the Renewable energy project life cycle and work with a diverse client base including: investors, project developers, owner/operators, OEMs, EPCs, Contractors, Consultancies, Investment/Funds Management and even Government. We not only recruit for our industry, but are fully immersed in it! We host a range of networking events, support our clients migration efforts with in-house capability, and foster learning opportunities, through our Group Training Organisation services.

This lucrative desk will focus on all areas of the high growth wind sector and has become available due to our current senior consultant heading off on some travels around the world. As such, it is a great and rare opportunity to lead and make this desk your own.

About You:

We are big on the soft skills! You will have a positive mindset, willingness to learn, can quickly shake off the hurdles that come in recruitment and want to immerse yourself in the sector you recruit within. You will ideally have:

• Energy, enthusiasm and a positive growth mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow, as our industry evolves
• Existing knowledge of the Renewable Energy Industry would be advantageous
• Sales and Business Development Experience
• Prior experience in contract recruitment is advantageous
• Experience recruiting positions in Power/Energy, Construction, Transmission & Distribution or broader Engineering fields will be highly valued.

Commission Structure (our commission structure is very attractive) see below;

Commission Threshold - 3 x Base Salary / 4 quarters

• 30% of the targeted set amount to the amount billed between threshold and $119,999
• 40% of the targeted set amount to the amount billed between threshold and $149,999
• 50% of the targeted set amount to the amount billed between threshold and above $150,000

Please note this position will be ideally based in our Melbourne office, however we still have opportunities in Brisbane and Sydney offices as well.
