Tele-Sales - Charity Rep!

You will be joining a team of dedicated Fundraisers who work on behalf of Charity causes close to their heart. 

We are on the search for sales and KPI driven individuals, who get a buzz out of closing a deal. Even better, get a buzz out of having a positive impact on society through using their sales skills every day!

This role involves being on the phone all day, if you don't enjoy speaking to people or hitting KPI's - Then this role is NOT for you.

You will be talking to members of the public from all walks of life, your ability to adapt to your audience, and successfully pitch the invaluable importance of regular giving, and donating to the cause, will be the key to success. Understanding that building rapport and creating urgency are critical to a successful sale in the fundraising sector. 

This role is ‘cold calling’ in the conversion space, not warm work. We want sales professionals who LOVE the thrill and get a spring in their step when they can convert a non-donor to a regular donor/giver. 

This role is based in our Brisbane CBD office, join our fun & vibrant team in house, and enjoy the benefits of working with a great bunch of like-minded and hard-working individuals!

Providing up to 38 hours per week on a casual basis until you wish to go Full Time.
