- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using accounting software.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements (BAS, PAYG, Superannuation).
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles and regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
- BAS - Quarterly.
- PAYG - Monthly.
- Superannuation lodgement - quarterly.
- Payroll.
- Long Service Leave - quarterly.
- Payroll EOFY closing off – annual.
- Payroll Tax which is quarterly.
- General dealings with the ATO.
- Assist staff where needed.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.

- 3 days per week, 6 hours per day
