What you need:
- You need to be based anywhere in Australia
- Available to work at least 18 hours per week
- Have an ADSL, cable or NBN internet connection
- Windows PC with Windows 10
- A dedicated home office space away from distractions
- Computer Headset
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Basic computer skills
- The drive to succeed and make a difference
Calling Times:
We make calls from Monday – Friday from 9am – 8:00pm
There are no mandatory days, if you can work at least 18 hours over the week your roster will be designed by you!
Training:
We provide full paid training for this role using our advanced software system in the comfort of your own home over 3 days.
