This is an ongoing telehealth (fully remote) role, with room to increase hours as the business grows.  You must be in Australia to apply.  

Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Telehealth Role for Authorised Prescriber, located in Sydney, with flexibility for some work from home. As a Telehealth Role for Authorised Prescriber, you will be responsible for conducting thorough patient assessments, diagnosing medical conditions, and prescribing medications to patients over video and telephone consultations and later face-to-face. 

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• GP/Specialists and non-VR are all welcome to apply 
• AP status desirable - all training provided with ongoing support
• Experience conducting medical consultations via video or telehealth
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated ability to use electronic health records and other clinical software to efficiently deliver high-quality patient care
• Experience working with mental health patients is highly desirable
• Flexibility with scheduling - available to work some evenings and weekends as required
• Current Professional Indemnity Insurance coverage
