Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor of Nursing
- 3 years clinical experience minimum
- Experience with low acuity Telehealth
- Experience with health technology systems and software
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely as part of a team
- Demonstrated understanding of compliance and governance frameworks
- Experience with Medicinal Cannabis highly desirable
- Must be available for full-time hours
Tasks & responsibilities
- Patient triage
- Assessment of patient health information
- Analysis of gaps in health information, and critical analysis of required areas of support
- Answering patient concerns and assisting with questions around care and care planning
- Liaising with other clinics and multidisciplinary teams
- Operating a bespoke built software system
