Nurse Practitioner (Telehealth - Work From Home)

Vityl Medical is one of Australia’s leading telehealth providers for Men's Health and Sleep. Our privatised treatment collaborates with the multidisciplinary skills of our various practitioners to better the health and well-being of our patients.

We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

The Role

• Provide patient intake support, including working up patients, by ordering blood work, providing specialist referrals, and taking histories.
• Review pathology and triage patients with clinical concerns for reassurance or escalation to the medical team.
• Be a team player. Work with a multidisciplinary team of practitioners including dietitians, psychologists, and pharmacists. All are part of your team to help manage patients in an integrative healthcare model.
• Have a warm, friendly manner with impeccable phone and communication skills.

This position is perfect for a Nurse Practitioner who wants to Work from the convenience of their home.

• Part-time hours (10-15 hours per week)
• Pick your schedule between Monday - Saturday.
• Work from home
