About the Role
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will provide Uncommon Care to our customers. We are looking for you to bring your Human touch to this Call Centre role. You will proactively reach out to consumers shopping for Private Health and Life Insurance to guide them and provide them with advice so they can make the right healthcare choices for themselves and their families.
This is a 12 month, full-time, hybrid position. When you work from the office, you’ll be based in our brand new, high-tech Parramatta Contact Centre.
Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to non-members who have either been HCF members in the past, or are actively shopping for Private Health Insurance – No cold calling!
- Handle inbound enquiries from new members, membership applications and questions about HCF Health and Life Products
- To provide answers to any enquiries in a clear, non-technical manner
- Maintain confidentiality of member information
- Maintain accuracy of member information
About You
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service & sales
- Previous experience in a Call Centre
- Desire and commitment to work within a team dedicated to achieving team and individual performance objectives
- A positive attitude and willingness to embrace change
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent telephone communication skills
