Salary $66,590 - $70,968 p.a. (pro rata) ASO3 | Part Time, 30 hours p/w, Ongoing

Telerehabilitation services are available to all rehabilitation consumers and carers, where clinically appropriate, including many who may reside in rural and remote areas of South Australia. Learn more about the Service on our .
About the Role:
This role encompasses the coordination of telerehabilitation services delivered via both centre-based Telehealth Clinics and Home Rehabilitation services. Your key responsibilities will include:
Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team and engage with non-government organisations to foster a teamwork approach.
Promote a professional, customer-focused service by consistently delivering accurate and timely administrative work.
Handle patient appointments and admissions in the Hospital Electronic Patient system while completing necessary paperwork according to clinical guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of relevant healthcare legislation.
Proficiency in using healthcare-related software and databases.
