Home Caring is a leading aged care and disability service provider and we are seeking a Administration Coordinator to join our team. This role goes beyond the typical administrative position - it's about making meaningful connections, ensuring smooth operations, and being a vital part of our mission to provide outstanding care to our clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative tasks, providing comprehensive support to the management team.
  • Manage the flow of information, including overseeing the main email inbox and ensuring prompt and accurate distribution of correspondence.
  • Efficiently handle incoming calls, offering friendly and professional assistance and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Liaise with clients and support staff to address minor issues, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and escalating complex situations to managers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in human service administration role is essential.
  • Exceptional time management skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment where operational efficiency is paramount.
  • Ability to establish and nurture respectful relationships with clients and support workers, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and efficiency in task management, ensuring seamless operations and effective resolution of issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Suite and rostering experience are highly desirable, enabling efficient coordination and management of operational tasks.
