Position: Telemarketer for Commercial Business Solar
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to commercial businesses to introduce our products/services and discuss their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their requirements and present appropriate solutions.
- Drive sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings and persuading clients to make purchase decisions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales-related activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies and campaigns to attract new clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing - ideally Solar experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of commercial business needs and purchasing processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tools is an advantage.
- A positive attitude, persistence, and resilience are essential to thrive in this role.
Hours:
- This is a part time role, hours from 9am-3pm Monday to Thursday. Friday 9am- 12pm

Renumeration:
- Competitive base hourly of $35 per hour plus Super, plus paid holidays and sick pay
- High commission which is paid on top of your hourly wage, this is paid weekly, this is a commission % based on sales price minimum of $300 per job for the smallest.
