At Dicker Data, we're seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our experienced and dynamic Telstra Services team. As a Telstra Sales Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth transition of orders from our sales team to our delivery team. Tasks and Responsibilities
Summary
The core functions of this role are focused on supporting the Dicker Data Telstra Sales Team across the Complex Data product portfolio, enabling smooth transition of requests from sales to delivery and providing pre-sales support to the sales team and partners alike.
- Support the Complex Data business by ensuring all requests are responded to in a timely manner from the Telstra.Sales inbox
- Coordinate the handover of Data & IP orders from the sales team to the delivery team
- Generate contracts as required, including pricing approvals and commercial agreements
- Work with partners on obtaining order documentation and provide details of next steps
- Generate reports from Telstra systems, including analysis of existing services to assist with solution design
- Work directly with Telstra resellers and their customers to compile complex data collection
- Raise Telstra service qualifications (feasibilities) and notify relevant parties on their progress
- Maintain service qualification database up to date with all submission and results
- Keep opportunity and order records up to date and accurate in Dicker Data Systems
- Assist in managing sales leads from the Telstra Digital Sales team
- Work with the team, in whatever capacity is required to ensure that partners/customers receive exceptional customer service delivery
What you will need to succeed in the role
- Experience with Telstra systems including CSSA, Magpie, PET, Retail Live and Partner Central
- Knowledge of Telstra Data & IP
- Very high attention to detail
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Good Customer Service and Teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
