We are the distributor of Carrier and Toshiba air conditioning products in Australia and we are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic customer focused person to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a key member of the sales team you will be a dedicated resource for customers in our network. In addition to entering immediate shipment orders you will also play an active role in managing project orders and working with our Logistics team to arrange timed deliveries, stock transfers between warehouses, and product returns and other order processing responsibilities including Customer Service support on order updates and resolutions.
Applicants should have experience in order administration and management, preferably worked in a wholesale business, servicing a different customer network. In addition to having excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and effective problem solving skills, you will have strong team ethics and must be able to work autonomously to deadlines. You should be proficient in MSOffice with intermediate skills working on MS Excel.
