The role: Working closely with the CEO, your main responsibilities will be: - Supporting recruitment processes, including writing position descriptions and conducting reference checks.- Providing advice on employee relations issues, including interpretation of relevant industry awards.- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with volunteers, employees, and managers and stakeholders.- Assisting in day-to-day HR activities, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.- Maintaining ethical and legal boundaries while upholding confidentiality.- Maintaining accurate personnel records and HR databases.- Perform other duties as may be directed by management as deemed competent to perform. About You: To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience in HR and interpreting awards. The ideal candidate will have experience in internal recruitment experience in the care industry.
