We have partnered with a fantastic not-for-profit in the Health & Community Services sector and they are seeking a temporary HR Business Partner, for an initial temporary project that will lead to a permanent role for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on companywide recruitment, ensuring the interview and onboarding processes reflect the organisation's values around diversity and inclusion.
- Collaborate closely with the P&C team to implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Provide guidance on various HR matters such as ER and IR in a calm, empathetic and understanding manner.
- Drive employee engagement through effective internal communication
- Currently working in an HR role with minimum 5 years experience
- Be immediately available for the temporary assignment
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Display resourcefulness, strong analytical and problems solving skills
