Hr Business Partner (Talent Aquisition Focus) - Temp To Perm

We have partnered with a fantastic not-for-profit in the Health & Community Services sector and they are seeking a temporary HR Business Partner, for an initial temporary project that will lead to a permanent role for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:

• Take the lead on companywide recruitment, ensuring the interview and onboarding processes reflect the organisation's values around diversity and inclusion.
• Collaborate closely with the P&C team to implement strategic HR initiatives.
• Provide guidance on various HR matters such as ER and IR in a calm, empathetic and understanding manner.
• Drive employee engagement through effective internal communication

Essential criteria:

• Currently working in an HR role with minimum 5 years experience
• Be immediately available for the temporary assignment
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Display resourcefulness, strong analytical and problems solving skills
