Renowned for their global partnerships and mission to achieve ethical and social justice, they are seeking an Executive Officer to join their Corporate Services Portfolio within their Melbourne campus.
This is a rare opportunity for a Temporary Executive Officer to assist in achieving strategic objectives associated with student engagement, international institutional identity, and project support.
- 3-5 month temporary assignment, 35 hours/week.
- Opportunity to continue in the role on a permanent basis.

As the Executive Officer to the Chief People Officer and Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for:
- Providing confidential administrative support to the Director and Counsel.
- Supporting the Director in monitoring and managing annual budget and ensuring accuracy in reporting.
- Preparing and distributing correspondence on behalf of the Director to a range of stakeholders.
- Providing secretarial support for committees and high-level meetings as required.
- Undertaking ad hoc administration tasks including staff onboarding and offboarding, policy and project management, and processes and procedures.
To be successful as the Executive Officer, you will need:
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to act with discretion and sensitivity to maintain confidentiality.
- Prior experience within the Higher Education sector or Corporate settings.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and a high-level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proven experience in providing high-level administration support to senior management.
