This register may be used to fill temporary customer service delivery APS3 and APS4 positions.
Ongoing positions are advertised separately. If you wish to be considered for both temporary and ongoing roles, please complete an application for each vacancy.

Our service delivery staff respond to a broad range of complex customer circumstances in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Our roles connect with customers in person, over the phone and online to deliver Centrelink, Child Support and Medicare services.
