Details: Within the Chief Information Office Branch, the Assistant Director Platform Governance and Maintenance will work with business units that utilise the Salesforce (Field Services) platform. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce IT Systems to ensure that they are available and functional to perform the operational services for the appropriate business units.
As a senior leader within Transport Canberra and City Services, this role requires a person who can inspire, energise, and positively influence team and individual outcomes. The role is responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating a team and providing appropriate support and guidance. Effective employee engagement skills are a key enabler in the performance of this role as is a values-based leadership style.
Eligibility/Other requirements:
- Strong leadership capability, executing as appropriate in the areas of responsibility for System Management and Project Management.
- Extensive knowledge of IT and Digital project planning, design, and deployment, as well as evidence showing an ability to deliver complex ICT Projects.
- Extensive knowledge system life cycle management, operations, and systems management. Qualifications or practical experience working in a Salesforce Platform environment is highly desirable.
- Highly developed IT and Digital analytical, conceptual, research and written communication skills.
- High level of motivation and ability to set and achieve work priorities, including well developed coordination and problem-solving skills.
- A demonstrated commitment to the implementation of the ACTPS Code of Conduct and the principles of workplace diversity, participative work practices and workplace health and safety.
