This position is responsible for providing a quality tenancy service to financially disadvantaged Victorians and or victims of family violence through information and referral, negotiation and Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) assistance including advocating for tenants at VCAT hearings.
While the TAAP position is based at the Meli office in Warrnambool, the role involves travel across the Western District to represent clients at VCAT locations in Warrnambool, Hamilton, Portland, and Horsham.

- Qualifications and/or experience in a relevant field such as law, housing, social work, community services or dispute resolution are preferable.
- Experience and knowledge of the community services sector, and in particular the needs of/and issues affecting children and families who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness and/or family violence.
- Experience and/or knowledge in preparing relevant industry documentation and client data reporting.
