Specialist disability service provider across multi states is expanding it's Victorian operations.

About the role:
As a tenancy and property officer, you will report to the national Tenancy Manager & manage a portfolio of circa 60 tenants, predominantly in Melbourne's inner suburbs.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Manage tenant lease sign-ups
- Manage the recording and tracking of repairs and maintenance
- Maintain strong relationships within the disability sector's service providers
- Conduct property inspections + investigate and resolve any tenancy disputes and complaints
- Efficiently using IT systems to maintain accurate customer and property records
The ideal candidate will have property experience in the Social Housing sector OR property management experience from the real estate industry.
