About the role
- Able to run a shift and manage a high-volume restaurant
- Lead a dynamic and motivated team
- Perform all aspects of restaurant service to the highest standard
- Be able to run a busy service and maintain high standards
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
- Agreeing and managing budgets.
- Creating staffing rotas and manage all staff
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
- Promoting and marketing the business.
- Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
- Excellent presentation and professionalism
- Always in the detail with great communication skills
- Honest and Authentic restaurant and venue management
- Solid understanding of food and beverages
- Positive can-do attitude
- Must be able to work flexible hours consisting of both day and nights
- RSA Essential
- A relevant Diploma qualification or higher is highly desired
- At least 2 years relevant work experience at a managerial/supervising role is required.
