ABOUT THE ROLEThe aim of this flexible and temporary contract role is to coordinate, collate and prepare tender content, draft responses in cooperation with various subject matter experts, prepare presentations and official concepts for our Company.
Using your ability to translate broad requirements, gather information and draw from alternative viewpoints, this role involves addressing and responding to variety of subject areas using persuasive arguments, influencing outcomes and supporting Company’s strategic direction and business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Responding to and translating complex external requirements including technical, financial, procurement and other specific terminology
- Confidently presenting accurate, articulate, consistent and compelling messages and proposals using main facts and focusing on key points for various audiences
- Adapting to various stakeholder point of views, using effective methods of communication and presentation
- Leading tender process to a successful completion through quality outcomes while meeting defined objectives
- Engaging and effectively collaborating with variety of subject matter experts & stakeholders across remote teams
- Facilitating coordination of the tender process including administration, alignment of collecting inputs and drafting documentation, developing presentations, proposals and executive summaries
- Leading, monitoring and updating on progress, managing multiple competing priorities and deadlines
- Developing and growing our tender/submission content library for future reference
- Ensuring alignment with internal branding, guidelines, policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements
ABOUT YOU
- Qualifications in professional writing, media/communications or business development
- Commercial business experience understanding tender processes with at least 3+ years’ experience writing large, complex tenders (incl. government tenders) and project proposals
- Exceptional communication and technical skills with high attention to the detail
- Ability to work autonomously as well as engage others and problem solve
- Strong project, priority and deadline management
- Proficient MS Office Suite skills, fast learner of other systems
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Clear Police check
