Toll People are currently seeking a Terminal Operator with an MR licence for our busy client based in Wagga. Working for a leading Australian energy retailer you will be responsible for Terminal Operations and the safe delivery of gas cylinders to residential and commercial customers.
The successful candidate will be required to work full time hours, Monday to Friday (with occasional weekends). Shifts start at 6am.
This is a casual, ongoing position, with view to a permanent role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Terminal Operations such as filling and refurbishing LPG cylinders
- Yard maintenance
- Deliveries of LPG cylinders to residential and commercial customers
- Manually load and unload cylinders of gas (and use the hydraulic lift on the truck)
- Ensure compliance and safety is adhered to at all times
- Weekend shifts as requested by the site
- Complete relevant paperwork
Skills & Experience
- MR licence
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
- Minimum 1 year driving experience in a multi drop delivery role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and good numeracy skills
