Well-established, nationally based manufacturing company (based in Altona), we have a great opportunity, available in office admin manager role, to join our team. We are seeking an enthusiastic, well-presented and reliable individual, mature minded to work on a full time basis.
Location: Altona, VIC
The role is very unique in its own way, however the majority of work will be based around:
- Data entry /invoicing.
- Customer communication.
- General Office Duties.
- Internal sale support.
- Manage office staff and any/all office enquires needed.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Ability to multi task.
- Experience with computer-based applications, MYOB EXO program.
- Possess excellent time management skills and experience working to deadlines.
- Have a professional telephone manner.
- Demonstrate the ability to comprehend and learn new systems.
- You will have experience working in a team environment.
- An ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A stable employment history and access to a reliable motor vehicle is desirable.
