ACP strive to deliver quality consumer goods to our valued customers across Australia and New Zealand. Our focus is to service our customers well and ensure we are providing them with greatest possible attention to achieve strong sales outcomes. Typically, our customers include Variety Stores, Gift & Home Stores, Supermarkets, Hardware and Pharmacy.
Speed to market is also our key objective to which we have two distribution centres strategically placed in Brendale Queensland and Perth Western Australia. This ensures we can service our customers well no matter where they are located.
The Role
We are now seeking a road-based territory manager to join our team to call on both existing and new customers in a regular cycle.
While visiting customers you will;
- Introduce ACP and our ranges to new prospects.
- Promote new products, promotions, and seasonal offers to all customers.
- Ensure existing products are well presented and suitably stocked in store.
- Attend both internal and external Trade shows as and when required.
- Drive ACP brands through multiple retail channels.
While an existing customer base will be provided, the role will have a strong emphasis on hunting for new business and nurturing existing accounts.

- Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in Sales and Business Development.
- Be customer centric and a long-term relationship builder.
- Have sound business acumen ideally with B2B experience.
- Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and embrace the role.
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Have outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Have excellent planning and time management skills.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Excel) and the ability to learn new computer systems.
- Ability to travel to regional areas with a minimum of 8 days per month.
