Territory Manager

About the role:

We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Territory Manager to join our newest location in Canberra. No two days will ever be the same with the key responsibilities of the role including, but definitely not limited to:  

• Prospecting and growing Bayset's sales and GP margin 
• Maintaining regular and efficient service to customers in your territory & beyond
• Striving for constant improvement in; knowledge, service application, technical know-how, efficiency, and genuine behaviour while adding value to Bayset and your customers businesses
• Troubleshoot on site with customers ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Using technical competence to assess situations & be solutions provider
• Preparing quotes and tenders in accordance with company sales and pricing policy
• Support the Coopers Plains Branch team to deliver a high level of customer experience

About you:

To be successful in this position, you will possess knowledge, skills and previous sales experience in the following key areas:

• Trade experience with demonstrated understanding of the waterproofing, tiling or flooring markets would be an advantage but not essential
• Front-line sales experience with an outstanding track record
• Strong relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills
• Well developed sales, business development and negotiation skills
• Able to work with Microsoft Word, Outlook Email, and CRM
• Have a current Australian Drivers Licence

• Comfortable in liaising with all levels of decision makers
