The Exciting Role:

Monde Nissin Australia is looking for a Territory Manager to join our team who will be responsible for the Northeast Victoria & Greater Bendigo region, including a 4 night country run.

As a Territory Manager you will develop strong customer relationships and act as the face of the company at store level. You will also ensure in-store promotions & new line activities are achieved, with the ability to manage and negotiate shelf space and, most importantly, achieve and exceed sales targets. 

The successful candidate for this role will receive a mobile phone, tablet and fully maintained company vehicle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Servicing and growing the territory/customers on a regular ‘call cycle’ basis
• Planning weekly ‘call cycle’ including promotions, submission of new lines, and marketing
• Building key customer relationships across various levels of stakeholders
• Merchandising of stock including display set-up
• Stock ordering
• Achieving sales targets

To Succeed With Us You’ll Need:

• A current valid Australian Driver’s Licence
• Prior FMCG sales experience
• A proven track record in successfully managing and growing a portfolio with customers is highly regarded 
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong verbal communication, and negotiation skills
• Team player attitude - work with your fellow Territory Managers to improve results.
