We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager to join Alita Sales, one of Australia’s leading Health & Beauty Distributors.
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic, results orientated, skilled sales professional to manage an established North East Melbourne Territory + Regional Trip (Shepparton Area).
The role is busy and varied, and requires strong planning and organisation skills, selling multiple brand name cosmetic and health brands into pharmacy. Experience in multi brand selling is essential and an aptitude for learning and positive attitude is required.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities for our brands in existing customers and new customers
- Understanding of Merchandising requirements, Core Ranging and Planograms.
Key criteria for success:
- Proven sales skills and commitment to customer service
- Understanding of the pharmacy channel
- Pharmacy sales experience is a must
- Experience using IT ordering systems, computers (office & excel)
- Ability to work harmoniously in a team environment
- Demonstrated values of Integrity, Passion and Commitment
The successful applicant will receive a salary package including phone, iPad, car allowance and commissions.
Salary Guide: $80,000 - $90,000 per annum plus car allowance plus OTE commission
