To support their continued growth and success, and due to an internal promotion, RYCO are offering the exciting opportunity to join the team as a Territory Manager.

The successful applicant will have their own designated territory that will combine the Northern metropolitan suburbs of Melbourne, and regional areas including a territory that stretches as far North as the NSW Riverina district.

In this exciting role your day will be busy and full of interaction with all levels of business, with a focus on maintaining and increasing our automotive workshop customer base. So, your natural exuberance, ability to influence decision makers and passion for your customers will ensure you succeed in this rewarding role.

As someone who wants to achieve, you will thrive in a challenging, high-performance environment with the support of a strong account and sales support team.

You will be encouraged to think outside the box to create new initiatives, increase sales and demonstrate that you are solutions focused, and can push the boundaries to achieve desired outcomes for both the business and the customer.

Your contribution will be highly visible across the organisation, and you will feel supported by the whole team.

To make a smooth transition into the role, you will possess:

The roles responsibilities include:

  • Networking and creating new business opportunities, while also maintaining, and growing existing relationships.
  • Achieving sales targets and KPI’s.
  • Actively support and grow RYCO resellers in your territory.
  • Develop existing and new customers within the automotive, and commercial sectors.
  • Conduct RYCO training with resellers.
  • Support Reseller trade shows and events.
  • Providing input about local Automotive carpark to Product Management.
  • Utilise the best CRM global platform, Salesforce.
  • Being the customer voice into the company.

This full-time position is for an immediate start and as the territory is geographically large there will be frequent travel which will include time away from home during the month.
