The Role:
As the Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve and surpass sales targets. You will oversee a select group of resellers, promoting a comprehensive range of pumps across NSW. Building and nurturing client relationships, you will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, you will negotiate in-store displays in alignment with sales objectives and actively seek out new business opportunities to expand market share.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of pumping equipment sales experience
- Knowledge of Water Pumps, pumping equipment
- Experience in sales and account management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated within a team environment
