Currently, we are seeking a Territory Sales Manager who embodies the following qualities:

This presents a thrilling opportunity for individuals to join our team in New South Wales. Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Commercial Director – ANZ, the ideal candidate will serve as a Wound Care Territory Sales Manager.

The role primarily focuses on Metro Local Health Districts (LHDs) encompassing the hospital sector and linked community channels. Responsibilities include driving territory sales for focus product categories in Wound Care and other designated areas.

The successful candidate should embrace flexibility in working hours, enjoy working autonomously within a small team environment, and possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in medical device sales within Public & Private Hospitals and Community Healthcare channels.
• Tertiary qualifications in nursing, science, business, or a related field.
• Eagerness to proactively engage with stakeholders and introduce as a dynamic supply alternative.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Commercially driven focus with a track record of accountability for driving quality and timely work outputs.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Enjoyment of account management, including CRM responsibility.
• High-level negotiation and influencing skills.
• A team-based, solution-oriented mindset coupled with a can-do attitude.
