YOUR ROLE

The Territory Manager will be a strategic asset to our Sales team, under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager. The individual will be responsible for nurturing existing business, targeting growth in Hospital, Pathology, and University markets, and bringing in new business successfully.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving set sales revenue targets.
  • Supporting tender submissions.
  • Implementing Interpath's healthcare strategy to augment sales in this segment.
  • Identifying and growing new accounts.
  • Managing key accounts and implementing our healthcare strategy.
  • Conduct regular meetings with your manager to set objectives, and sales targets, and discuss new business developments and margin programs.
  • Performing ongoing competitor analysis, including determining market shares, price benchmarking, and like-for-like product matching.

ABOUT YOU

  • Degree qualified - Bachelor of Science or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the Life Sciences market, preferably selling related products or,
  • Working within the Pathology or Hospital market sector and being familiar with the products and processes.
  • Ability to build multi-tiered relationships within the Pathology, University, and Research market.
  • Excellent collaborative communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen - understanding of setting customer pricing and margin management
  • Proficient computer skills – MS Excel, Teams, and online ordering programs.
  • Experience in presenting to teams, customers, and key opinion leaders.
