In this role you will:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets for infrastructure products, maintenance, and services, while fostering CxO relationships and differentiating Data#3 from the competition.
- Collaborate with Solutions Group, Practice Managers, and Marketing to develop and promote solutions, driving sales enablement activities.
- Establish and maintain key partner relationships, ensuring team certification and meeting vendor targets.
- Attract, develop, and retain sales staff through coaching and maintaining a high-performance culture.
- Translate upper management directives into clear activities, build a business plan for sales growth, and manage reporting and forecasting requirements to achieve financial targets.
About You
- Proven track record in strategic IT solution sales, preferably in medium-to-large organizations and/or government and commercial sectors.
- Experience in sales and HR management of complex IT solutions teams.
- Demonstrated work history of ethical business practice.
- Possess professionalism, a sense of urgency, dedication to continuous improvement, and wider organizational awareness.
- Effective oral and written communication skills to ensure clear and accurate communication with stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and problem resolution skills to achieve win/win outcomes.
