Territory Sales Manager - Supermarkets

Your opportunity:

We are looking for someone who thrives on working to deliver results and continually seeks out new business opportunities. While working with market leading brands, this role requires you to manage our Supermarkets customers within Gippsland, major regional center being Traralgon, Morwell and Sale, Wonthaggi. Package includes a fully maintained company vehicle, phone and tablet.

A day in the life
  • Implement, follow-up & update Field Sales Plan for assigned area
  • Responsible for setting objectives, leading negotiation process
  • Responsible for the execution of the Channel Category plans
  • Servicing and managing of an existing customer base
  • Coach & develop merchandiser team
  • Delivering to sales KPI's
  • Being a brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products.
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies
What will make you successful
  • Outgoing, approachable and passionate about sales, as you manage the business relationship with our various Supermarket customers.
  • The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years sales & FMCG experience.
  • You will have a proven track record of success in exceeding targets & developing relationships with customers.
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia. This position requires a current driver's license.
  • You are a confident communicator and have the ability to adapt your communication style.
