Role
- Nurture existing client relationships with an already established client network designated solely to you to manage
- Develop new business within Civil, Construction and Quarrying Markets
- Grow sales within your designated territory, focusing on Melbourne mainly with 1 - 2 over night trips per month within VIC
- Sell and promote the entire company product range ensuring the best solution is provided to the customers
- Achieve, exceed and report on sales targets
- Evaluate current sales performance and identify new pathways to improve sales
Requirements
- Experience selling to Civil, Construction or Quarrying Markets
- Experience of working within the heavy machinery, spare parts, earthmoving or mining industry
- Technical knowledge and understanding of ground engaging tools (G.E.T.), earthmoving or mining spare parts
- Parts interpreting experience or technical background highly regarded
- If you have worked on the tools or in parts interpreting and have sales experience in similar or related industry - apply as we are providing training and multiple career paths available.
On Offer
- Attractive base salary - negotiable depends on experience
- In addition, an excellent commission structure - earn an additional 20-28% of your base salary
