Position Overview
All candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree plus a recognised TESOL certificate (CELTA or equivalent), which includes at least six hours of observed teaching practice.

Key Broad Objectives
- Prepare and deliver innovative, quality, and interactive English language lessons.
- Create an interactive, supportive and dynamic learning environment for all students.
- Complete the administrative tasks accurately in regards monthly student reports, student attendance, marking homework and preparing and administering exams and other required administrative tasks related to teaching.
- Actively promote through lessons and individual actions, our high quality programs.
- Provide consultation and assistance to students through weekly counselling as well as regular interaction during the course of teaching.
- Assist with student placement assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree level qualifications
- a recognised TESOL certificate (CELTA or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
- Experience in teaching Cambridge Exam Preparation (C1, B2, B1, or A2)
Salary: YYou will be employed in accordance with the Educational Services (Post-Secondary Education) Award. Subject to the level of experience your salary will be within a range of $70,471.03 and $76,391.80 pa + superannuation
