Key Responsibilities:
· Teach English language skills using a mix of techniques such as lectures, visual aids, and interactive demonstrations. Tailor the approach to suit the diverse learning styles of ESL students.
· Evaluate the language proficiency of students for whom English is a second language, identify specific areas where they struggle, and document these difficulties to develop targeted intervention strategies.
· Work with classroom teachers to create specialized teaching programs to support students facing challenges with English, ensuring they can keep up with their peers.
· Design and produce new teaching materials, ensuring these materials are engaging and effective.
· Develop course outlines and ensure these plans are structured to facilitate the progressive development of English language skills.
· Assign lessons and prepare grade exams and mock tests. Monitor and record students' progress to move students to next level classes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in a highly relevant field.
- Proven experience in a similar for at least two years.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with students and colleagues.
- Ability to collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement specialised teaching programs.
- Sensitivity and understanding of cultural diversity and the challenges faced by ESL students.
