You will provide support to the Contact Management team on a range of project and system testing tasks. Additionally, the role will provide business as usual (BAU) administrative support.
The core capability requirements for this role are:
- Assist in the implementation and execution of tests to ensure the delivered solutions meet the requirements and deliverables of the stakeholders
- Liaise regularly with developers, functional analysts, and support staff to effectively plan and execute testing activities within agreed time frames
- Undertake programming associated with the development, maintenance, and enhancement of scripts
- Assist in the guidance of subject matter experts in the development, maintenance, and execution of user acceptance tests
- Participate in multi-disciplinary project teams
- Support the functions of the Policelink Contact Management business unit through the provision of administrative and organisational support
