Form of workKey Responsibilities:
- Lead program management efforts for Test Data Management initiatives.
- Develop and execute robust Test Data strategies and solutions tailored to specific project needs.
- Coordinate Test Data refresh and masking activities for enterprise applications.
- Gather testing and data masking compliance requirements, and translate them into actionable Data Management approaches.
- Conduct customer and stakeholder meetings, driving technical discussions and ensuring effective coordination.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and track key performance indicators related to data quality and testing.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in stakeholder and program management.
- Strong capability in devising and implementing Test Data strategies and solutions.
- Expertise in Test Data masking, subsetting, and cleansing techniques.
- Familiarity with Test Data profiling, data quality assessment, and KPI tracking.
- Experience in managing test scenario and requirement gathering processes, as well as estimating and provisioning Test Data.
- Ability to provide pre-sales support, including crafting proposals, solutions, and estimates.
- Hands-on experience with database technologies such as DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL for enterprise applications.
- Advanced scripting skills using SQL, PL/SQL, SSIS, and JCL are advantageous.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools like Control-M, ESP, and Endevor.
- Prior experience with Test Data Management tools like Broadcom CA TDM, Compuware FileAid, and RDX.
