Essential Criteria
• Demonstrated experience in developing Test procedures for ICT projects and conducting test events within the context and security demands of Defence project.
Highly Desirable Criteria
• Formally recognised qualifications such as the preferred Advanced Level Test Manager (CTAL-TM) certification.
• Experience in overseeing testing activities within Commonwealth environments and with governmental testing protocols and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working in conjunction with architects and design authorities to develop test strategies and methodologies.
• Background in providing authoritative advice and guidance on test planning and execution.
Desirable Criteria
• Diploma in Software Testing or 5 years of industry experience in testing
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E), and hands-on experience in critical testing phases that directly affect user satisfaction and system functionality.
• Knowledge of Test Plans and Test Scripts developed by vendors, confirming they reflect the User Stories.
• Ability to handle the logistical aspects of test management and manage all test processes including test plans, resources, costs, timescales, test deliverables, and traceability.
