Test Manager - Automation

Key Responsibilities:Test Planning and Strategy: Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies and plans, aligning testing efforts with project goals.Test Execution and Oversight: Coordinate all testing activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and milestones while identifying and addressing any bottlenecks.Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to testing, communicating effectively with project stakeholders to propose solutions.Test Case Design and Reporting: Write, implement, and report on test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage across functional, regression, integration and performance testing.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance testing processes, driving best practices and standards to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.Team Leadership and Collaboration: Mentor and lead a team of offshore testers, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment while closely collaborating with development and quality assurance teams.The experience we are looking for:Minimum 5 years experience as a Test Manager or Test Lead, demonstrating a proven track record of leadership and success in overseeing testing processes and ensuring quality assurance in project deliverables.Demonstrate a robust understanding of software development life cycles.Showcase expertise in Agile methodologies, proficiently developing user stories, test cases, and sprint plans using Jira and Confluence.Knowledge of Java Selenium based automation frameworks and API testing tools such as PostmanExhibit excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills essential for effective team collaboration and project success.
