AccessHQ, a Dialog Group/NCS company, is looking for a Test Manager in Melbourne. This is a key role in the Melbourne leadership team and will play an important role in supporting the entire branch.

Specific skills and experience we're looking for in this role are:

The ability to build quality into technology using a proactive approach and a team of QA & testing professionals.
Oversee, manage and provide expert advice on the successful completion of large scale complex programs/projects.
The ability to work with management and business teams to understand what they need to be successful and translate this into the IT environment to varied stakeholders and vendors.
Promote the use of appropriate testing techniques, methodologies and tools, including risk, issue and defect management, to ensure quality project outcomes are delivered.
Manage monitoring, reporting and documentation of testing performance against project goals, plans and schedules.
Develop effort and cost estimates to incorporate into project budgets.

What you'll be doing:
You'll be delivering customer-centric solutions to our client’s assurance and testing requirements.
You'll be working closely with our clients positioning AccessHQ as their trusted quality assurance and testing partner.
You'll be an advocate for AccessHQ. Working closely with our Principal Consultants and Account Managers to build business and provide a quality service to our customers.
You'll be working with the AccessHQ team to enhance our capabilities by bringing us new ideas and ways of thinking and working.
