- Developing and implementing the test strategy and test plan
- Building up and leading the Testing resources to the success of project
- Defining the scope of testing within the context of each testing cycle
- Deploying and managing resources for testing
- Setting up and managing testing facilities, tools, practices and environments for large programs of work
- Applying the appropriate test measurements, metrics and reporting during the testing cycle
- Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given project
- Ability to work and adapt to a Vendors testing framework as required
- Recognised tertiary qualifications in program/project management, information technology management, Test Management, software development or a related discipline and/or relevant experience
- A minimum of 10 years' experience
- Experience in Electronic Medical Record systems is highly desirable
- Demonstrated test management, test program and project management skills and extensive experience delivering test process implementation, reporting and evaluation of testing to ensure high quality deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to lead a multidisciplinary test team to deliver high quality, customer focused outcomes
- Highly self-managing and able to set and work towards deadlines/milestones, including the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timeframes, to ensure outcomes are achieved
- Demonstrated staff performance management experience including building and maintaining high performance test teams, and the ability to foster a culture of learning
- Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills, particularly in reporting and public presentation, and the ability to communicate with relevant internal and external stakeholders
