Uat Test Analyst

The Company/Role:

This well known Australian brand is looking for an experienced UAT Test Analyst to help drive the execution of tests across multiple systems. As a UAT Test Analyst you will mainly be responsible for managing UAT alongside helping out with SIT.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.
• Execute test cases and capture test execution results.
• Raise defects and manage through to resolution, in accordance with the Defect Management process.
• Participate in daily defect triage meetings as required.
• Escalate any test related risks or issues to the Test Lead.
• Provide testing support to SME/UAT testers as required.
• Create and actively manage bugs using the Xray (Jira) defect management tools.
• Share testing knowledge and best practices with team members.

Experience Required:

• Solid testing experience particularly at UAT stage
• Have strong organisational skills and enjoy a dynamic and agile environment.
• Experience working in an Agile team environment.
• Experience with Jira Xray or similar Test Management systems.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, testing types, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
