This role is integral to our mission of implementing a unified, efficient and effective way of working across the organisation. You'll be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence, guiding community growth, and ensuring that our practices in testing align with our organisational goals and delivery model.
Key Responsibilities:

- Advocate for the Delivery Model of Insignia Financial, providing work assurance and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in testing, incorporating innovative approaches into the CoP.
- Develop and maintain the job architecture for Testers, ensuring this reflects the skills required for modern testing approaches, and aiding in recruitment and onboarding of talent.
